Susan Boyle from Britain's Got Talent

She is appeared on the British reality show Britain’s Got Talent and she really proved it to the world.

She is Susan Boyle, a 47 years old woman from Scotland, a sudden fame with more than 40 million hits and still counting on in YouTube, and a wikipedia is created for her.

She has not has a good appearance and everyone gave her a taunting eyes, sceptical look on her when she appeared on the stage even if I never knew this I would be the same.

And when she opened her mouth and sang ’I Dreamed a Dream‘ from Les Mis (a superb French movie, go and watch it) she had stunned everyone who jeered at her and turned it to be a big wave of applauses and cheers. With her dream she has sent a clear message to the world. Congratulation to you Susan Boyle.

Lesson learnt: Do not judge people with first appearance and there is always a talent in everyone regardless on their physical ability, appearances, etc for them to explore it.

The old I-Mates looks was so error prone, not attractive, not user friendly, limited functions. Hope the new one will be giving a refresh and a better look than old one, fully functional but some modification still need to do. Busy and still busy on it, coding, and some lame designs of me….

I’m back with pening head after 4days in a secluded island named Redang Island. It was my first island trip to this beautiful island with sandy beaches, sexy b-girls, friendly faces and too bad it was raining everyday.

We 7 person were booked in to Redang Bay resort, though it is not a high class resort with luxury and fancy furnishing but it is still the best and economic stay. I can say the services they were providing is very friendly and superb.

We had a nice snorkelling with beautiful fishes in marine park, although it was a nice snorkels but it was a little bit scary for me and I was almost drown thrice but it will not stop me to come back to Redang next year.

Yeah, my order from Shashinki finally is on my hand. Not really tested with the waterproof camera case, just tried it in my bathtub and at the moment there is no leaking in, and tomorrow I will be using it with my Canon A550 in the sea. Before that I was thinking to buy a housing for my DSLR but it is too expensive for just a underwater photo shooting. I hope the output for my digicam and dicapac won’t disappoint me.

On vacation until Monday

After the last week of Streamyx disruption and now again they did a great job again. When will this arrogant and do nothing GLC will want to improve? I was acknowledge the P1 WiMax is now available in my area and wish there is a stiff competitiveness for the monopoly bully so then they will give a good service to the users.

SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that there is a disruption of its Internet services due to circuit faults on the SMW3 between Tuas, Singapore and Penang linking Malaysia to Hong Kong and APCN2 near Chongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States. As a result, customers using the Internet services may experience slow browsing while accessing websites hosted in the U.S. and Hong Kong.

In addition, customers using other IP services such as Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other critical business applications linked to the U.S. and Hong Kong may also experience some service degradation.

To alleviate the problem, some of the links have been rerouted to alternate routes to ease the congestion. (They have never done so, and the links are still crawling like shit)

Restoration works on the affected cables are already in progress. However, during the restoration process, traffic to Northern America and Hong Kong may experience degradation. However, traffic to other countries will not be affected. TM expects complete recovery of its services by 5 April 2009 and will make further announcements on the progress of the restoration works.

TM wishes to assure its customers that it is undertaking all necessary measures to restore communications services for its customers as soon as possible.

 Luckily between these days, I will not be at home surfing because I will be surfing in Redang….
