Why 肉丸 ? This is the name I gave to my stomach - 猪肉丸。 Today after work, was so exciting, I’m going back  to the gym again after a long 3-4 years break all because of I was injured and injured again !!! Too excited, made me so kan cheong and went to toilet make cakes….bad habit.

Feeling the muscle is once again waking up as it is cramping, pump and pump still do not see any sign of the two fellas 蒲头, surely they have bought air tickets.

After 1 and half hour, 眼睛也饱了,hands 也不举 了, 回家才冲凉了啦。 Today is enough for me, tomorrow will go to work out again. 漏油 !!!

After a tired first match in Penang, the half time match was heading to Autocity to bump in with schoolmates. Mr Ken was so undeciding and confusely where to stop by ’cause so many choices flooding in at the last minute.

Old school, headed up to McDonald.  Not much interesting thing, was yawning from the start ’till the end.   Let the pictures do the talking.

It was Sunday, supposed to be in the bed until the noon.  I’ve been long time not to get up as early as 7AM and the weather was cool yet im so sleepy.  Forget the bed, and I hate to have a diarhoea while i was going to go out. Poot…poot..poot 8.30AM , pooting all my way to Esplanade and lucky I was still the early one to arrive.

But I had a date with my good buddies to donate blood, it was a wonderful sacrifice for me as it was in 27 years for the 1st time i’m donating blood and was given a  红包 and kena 凸针. I hope the blood donated will be useful for the needed, or I will be 暗赶. Looking forward for the next donation =)

The End

This weekend night supposed I’m going to Penang for shooting the lion dance event organized by the Penang Chinese Town Hall but ended up to a dinner at this so called Thai restaurant - Sawadee in AutoCity Phase 3, located next to The Log.

The building has two section , an upstair mainly for dining and the downstair is mainly a cafe mix with dining. Well the building is a  sort of ala thai village and the owner of this restaurant is the same as the owner of  The Log.

As we served with menu, I thought I were given with a drinks menu but it was told there was only plenty of main courses.  Cincai-ly, we select limited edition of dishes a Pad Thai(char koay teow), Ta Krai Rice(fried rice),TomYam Soup and a papaya salad.

I’m quickly came to a conclusion, the prawns was not a fresh one. Ta Krai is ok when served with TomYam, while the TomYam was ok to serve with the Ta Krai Rice -_-” . For my drink of coffee, I think nescafe 3-in-1 will taste better than it. Not sure will I give it for a second chance? Or you judge it.
